Notre appartement d'une pièce est situé au rez-de-chaussée de la maison et donne sur le jardin. Il a une surface habitable d'environ 40m². La terrasse couverte ainsi que la pelouse invitent à la détente. L'appartement dispose d'une baie vitrée avec un coin repas et une belle vue sur la verdure, d'une kitchenette, d'un salon/chambre à coucher spacieux avec des lits armoires de haute qualité, ainsi que d'une salle de bain avec baignoire/WC. Les lits escamotables sont des lits simples, les matelas ont une largeur de 85 cm chacun, mais ils sont situés directement l'un à côté de l'autre. L'appartement a une entrée séparée.

Description
In our house there is a one-room and a two-room flat on the ground floor. Another two-room flat is located in the attic. All flats have free Wi-Fi, well-equipped kitchenettes and an outdoor seating area. Washing and drying facilities (dryer and clothesline) are in the basement and can be shared. Towels, kitchen towels and bed linen are provided. Out of consideration for others, smoking is not permitted in the flats. Free in-house parking spaces subject to availability. Bad Reichenhall offers great excursion destinations, hiking and cycling are also very popular. Start right from the front door! We look forward to seeing you.
Environment description
The RupertusTherme at the Rupertuspark is only 400m away, as are the nature park riverside paths of the Nonner Au. The spa facilities/spa park and the city centre can be reached on foot within a few minutes. Bus stops are in the immediate vicinity.

Coming from the motorway, take the Bad Reichenhall exit onto the B20/21 main road, pass the "Kurgebiet" exit in Bad Reichenhall, follow the Rupertustherme sign, i.e. after the petrol station turn left into Kurfürstenstraße and then turn right into Goethestraße at the first junction. You will find our house on the left before the next intersection.
