The apartment has a kitchen-living room in modern high gloss grey, with dishwasher, refrigerator, ceramic hob and oven. A Senseo coffee machine is also available. The furniture in the kitchen (dining table, mirror and four chairs) is made of finest rosewood. The kitchen and living room are open, but can also be closed by a three meter wide folding door. In the living room there is an extendable corner leather sofa and another sofa bed. There is also the rosewood furniture. It is equipped with a modern flat screen TV and DVD player. On the balcony there is an art council table with four chairs. All utensils like placemats, cutlery, plates etc. are available. The veranda (the balcony is 2, 80 meters wide) has a large sunshade. The third room is the bedroom. It has a double bed and a wardrobe, tastefully furnished with beautiful pictures. One sleeps very calmly and comfortably in satin bedclothes. In the bathroom there is a shower, an extra wide washbasin, a designer mirror and the toilet.

The new, bright and tastefully furnished mansard holiday apartment is located very quietly on the 2nd floor in the attic.
All 4 windows are equipped with heat insulation and blackout blinds.
The beige high gloss designer kitchen has a real rattan dining set as well as a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a tea maker, a ceramic hob, a toaster and a separate mini oven.
The kitchen and living room are open. The cosy living room welcomes you with an extendable corner sofa on which the 3rd person can sleep, this is also furnished with beautiful murals and a flat screen.

Our holiday flat is located in Kurzone 1, very central and only a three-minute walk from the RupertusTherme. The flat is located in our 350 sqm house, on the first floor. It is approx. 60 sqm large, south-facing, with a large balcony and a view of the mountains. Our house is surrounded by a beautiful garden, with a 50 year old cherry tree, from which you can also enjoy the evening shade on the first floor. You can reach the city in a short time, but also the Saalach, our main river here, is right in front of us with its meadows. Well suited for jogging, cycling and also hiking. An exclusive flat, ideal for a couple, but also for a family with children or friends. It can sleep up to six people. Good bus and train connections in all directions. In 10 minutes on foot you can reach the spa centre, the spa garden, as well as the pedestrian zone. In a quiet yet central location, our house offers guests seeking relaxation, active holidaymakers and spa guests an ideal infrastructure for health, cure, fitness and adventure in the immediate vicinity.
