For hiking enthusiasts, the Apartmenthaus am Schroffen, where the Jutta Deluxe Apartment is located, is perfectly situated. The free outdoor swimming pool at Thumsee is only 5 minutes away by car. The panorama pool in the apartment building with a water temperature of almost 30 degrees is also a great way to relax and unwind. A table tennis table and fitness equipment invite you to do even more for your well-being. A small playground is located in the inner courtyard of the apartment building. Parking spaces are also available free of charge directly at the flat house. A parking space in the underground car park can also be reserved on request.

The old town and the pedestrian zone of Bad Reichenhall, where you will find many restaurants, fashion shops, the cinema, the old saline, the spa garden and many other hotspots, are only a 10-minute walk from the flat.
