The prices quoted do not include a visitor's tax of €2.00 per person/night. For families, the first and second person each pay €2.00 per day and €1.00 for the third person. No visitor's tax is charged for each additional family member. Children from 7 - 16 years are also charged € 1.00, children from 0-6 years are exempt from the spa fee. Cancellation by the tenant: The tenant can cancel the rental contract at any time. Please do so in writing (letter or e-mail). Freeway A 8, from Munich direction Salzburg, exit Rosenheim, continue country road direction Bad Endorf. In Bad Endorf second traffic light turn left towards Traunstein (at the church). After approx. 2 km you will come to a small wood, then the road goes downhill. Please slow down here and turn left at the hill towards Höslwang/Hemhof/Pelham. Drive through Hemhof and after about another 3 km you will already see Pelham Lake in front of you!
