Cosily furnished, bright 70 sqm flat with lots of comfort, on the ground floor of a Bavarian house. Spacious bedroom, large living room with additional bed, sitting area, TV, radio and telephone. Spacious full kitchen with dining area and large bathroom with shower and WC. WLAN available. A beautiful garden and a balcony are available for use. For the sake of our guests' health, this is a non-smoking flat. The flat is quiet and yet very centrally located.
Environment description
The spa facilities are just a few minutes' walk away, as are the city centre or the hiking and cycling trails along the Saalach. The ideal starting point for rest, relaxation or sporting activities: Hiking, cycling, mountain biking, rafting in the Saalach or golfing at a beautiful nearby course.
