The holiday flat has a WC/shower, a separate small kitchen with cooker and refrigerator, 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 living room and a south-facing balcony. It offers space for 6, max. 8 persons. A car parking space is in front of the house. I have the following additional information. Unfortunately, necessary renovation work on the balconies of the apartment complex with several apartment buildings was postponed from the beginning of the year to around October of this year, including the balcony of the apartment Andrea. Therefore, there are unsightly iron bars on all balconies as a precautionary support. Nevertheless, the balcony can be used by a maximum of 2 people (according to the property management, a letter is available in the apartment), but use by more than 2 people is only possible "at your own risk" (according to the property management). Nevertheless, it can be used by more than 2 people without hesitation, but at one's own responsibility, it is not dilapidated.
