Our unique, detached house with exclusive furnishings in an absolutely quiet, dreamy south-facing panoramic location is 100 m above Bad Reichenhall on the edge of the forest in the district of Nonn. Here you can spend relaxing holidays with a wonderful view. Idyllic hiking trails into the Berchtesgadener Land start right outside the front door. Neighbouring Salzburg or Berchtesgaden are only about 30 minutes away by car. We look forward to your booking!

Motorway A8 / exit Bad Reichenhall, after approx. 600 m turn right onto B20 towards Lofer; continue approx. 5 km on bypass B20 then half-right exit Inzell-Kaserne over Kreta bridge, at traffic lights turn right onto Nonner Straße, approx. 1.5 km on priority road until turn-off Padinger Alm (right-hand side), after approx. 20 m turn right again through the gravel car park and follow the gravelled forest road to the end.
