You can expect 1 bedroom with double bed in comfort height (7-zone premium cold foam mattress, multiple adjustable slatted frame, ceiling fan, bed linen incl.), 1 modern furnished living room with additional sleeping accommodation on the functional corner couch, TV wall with flat screen, cable TV and internet. The dining area is harmoniously integrated into the living room. The modern, separate kitchen is fully equipped (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine (Tassimo), kettle, toaster, egg boiler, blender, spacious fridge and freezer). In the adjacent storage room you will find further storage space, your own washing machine, as well as ironing and cleaning utensils. The bathroom with daylight has a modern shower, a multi-function mirror with time, light and anti-fog function, as well as underfloor heating. Welcome to our 2020 modern renovated, fully equipped holiday flats in Bayerisch Gmain - nestled in the wonderful mountains of our region. Our house has 2 holiday flats of 60 m2 each with the same, high-quality furnishings. Our bright and spacious flats offer enough space for 3 adults (or 2 adults and 2 children). Further occupancy on request.  The flats have a wonderful mountain view and offer an ideal starting point for hikers and bikers, as well as for skiing and climbing. Bicycle and ski cellar are directly in the house. In our region, there is hardly a wish left unfulfilled, both culturally and culinary.

Environment description

The flats are centrally located between Bad Reichenhall (3 km), Berchtesgaden (16 km) and Salzburg (20 km). It is about 150 m to the federal border to Austria. EDEKA, gastronomy, bakery, doctor, pharmacy and savings bank are directly in the village, as well as in the neighbouring village Großgmain (Austria) - partly on foot. The tourist information is located in the centre of the village (1 minute by car). Bus connections in the immediate vicinity - approx. 2 minutes on foot, further connections in the village (2 minutes by car). Train station in the village.

About the host

Arrival Description

Coming from the A8 from Munich, take the first exit at the roundabout in the direction of Bad Reichenhall and follow Reichenhaller Straße until you turn right into Tumpenstraße. After a left-hand bend, turn right again into Tumpenstraße and follow this until it leads into Leopoldstraße. The accommodation is on the right after approx. 2 kilometres.
