The flat has 3 separate bedrooms (2 with a double bed each, 1 with a bunk bed) and is suitable for a maximum of 6 people. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and has a bar with bar stools. The light-flooded living room has a long dining table with bench and chairs, and a leather couch with armchair. An original Finnish soapstone stove and underfloor heating make the flat particularly cosy. There is a bathroom with a ground-level shower and 2 separate washbasins. The flat has WLAN, radio (with integrated CD player and Bluetooth possibility), as well as a SMART TV with additional satellite reception, and there are also various board games, painting materials and books. It is a non-smoking flat. Bicycles or skis can be stored in the garden house. The glass-covered terrace invites you to linger even in light summer rain. Environment description

The house Laske is located directly at the hiking center Bayerisch Gmain and the mountain stream Wappach. Here you have a magnificent mountain view of the surrounding mountains. Walks, mountain and bike tours can be made directly from the house. In winter you can have great fun on the winter toboggan run Bayerisch Gmain (5 min walking distance). A bakery, supermarket, restaurant, bank, train station and a large children's playground are less than 10 minutes walk away. Bad Reichenhall is only 2km away.

Car: BAB Munich - Salzburg A8 exit Bad Reichenhall B20 direction Berchtesgaden 1.3 km after Bad Reichenhall 1st street turn right after the town sign Bayerisch Gmain into Lattenbergstraße, then turn right into Kapellenweg. The house is on the right side. Munich airport is 170 km from us and Salzburg airport is 13 km from here.
