The flat has 2 bathrooms. Of these, the guest bathroom has a shower and the second bathroom has a bath with a washer and dryer. The bedroom has a box spring bed, a farmhouse wardrobe and a TV. In-wall radios with speakers are available in all rooms. The terrace invites you to linger. There is also a lockable storage box here. Your car is parked in the underground garage with duplex parking. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace.

Directly adjacent to the holiday flat, the Royal Spa Garden, the Ortenau Park as well as the pedestrian zone with retail shops, cafés and varied gastronomy invite you to stroll around. Concerts are held regularly in the Kurgarten or the adjoining Rotunda. All of this can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. Ideal for relaxing or for a social gathering. In the immediate vicinity of the holiday flat is the English "Mikes Urban Pub", which offers delicious food as well as 100 types of whisky. The sophisticated villas of the spa area are also impressive. Experience the healthy healing climate.

Arrival by car: Coming from the A8, take the Bad Reichenhall exit and drive onto the B20. Follow the signs towards Bad Reichenhall. Follow the road until you reach Münchner Allee. Continue straight ahead until you turn left into Liebigstraße. Then turn left again into Heiligenbrunnerstraße. Then keep slightly to the left and drive into Ludwigstraße. Arrival by train: Destination station is Bad Reichenhall. The main station is 750 m away from our accommodation. Arrival by plane: Salzburg Airport is approx. 15 minutes or 13 km away from the holiday flat.
