The elevator takes you comfortably up to the 5th floor. Consisting of a combined living and sleeping area with kitchenette, a spacious hallway and a bright interior shower room, the apartment is ideal for 2 people. The living area has allergy-friendly laminate flooring. The apartment is furnished with a comfortable double bed (width 1.60 m) from which you can let your gaze wander into the distance as soon as you wake up. The modern, stylish sofa offers absolute comfort. The open kitchenette is fully equipped and allows you to prepare small meals, which you can eat in the pretty dining area of the apartment. In the hallway you will find a practical cupboard and a wardrobe to store your clothes. The interior shower room is spacious, brightly tiled and leaves nothing to be desired. The extremely comfortable furnishings underline your vacation and offer you pure relaxation! The absolute highlight is the covered balcony from which you have a magnificent view over the city, the greenery and the mountains. Description

The flat is located in an absolutely quiet area and yet absolutely central in an apartment building on the top floor. It is only a 10-minute walk to the city centre with all its sights and attractions. The RupertusTherme is about 150 m away. A bus stop and shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity of the holiday flat. Sights in the surrounding area, as well as Berchtesgaden or Salzburg, can be reached in about 20 minutes by car or comfortably by public transport. A washing and drying room is available in the house for general use. Wi-Fi is available in the flat free of charge. Free outdoor parking is available in front of the house.

Arrival Description

Coming from the A8 from Munich, take exit 115 - Bad Reichenhall. At the traffic circle, take the first exit towards Bad Reichenhall and follow the B20 until you turn right into Münchner Allee. Follow the road for approx. 3 km until you turn right after the Neue Saline and take the first exit at the traffic circle. After approx. 300 meters, turn left into Sebastian-Stolz-Straße and continue straight ahead into Fischerbräuwiese until the end of the road. Arrival by train: The destination station is Bad Reichenhall/Kirchberg. The station is 9 minutes away from our accommodation. Arrival by plane: Salzburg Airport is approx. 18 minutes or 13 km away from our apartment.
