Wonderful flat with a dream view in a central location! The spacious flat with approx. 38 m² is located on the 6th floor with a fantastic view over the city and the mountains. The lift takes you comfortably up to the 5th floor. Consisting of a combined living and sleeping area with kitchenette, a spacious hallway and an interior, bright shower room, the flat is ideal for 2 to 3 people, or a small family. The living area has allergy-friendly laminate flooring. The flat is equipped with a cosy double bed (width 1.60 m) from which you can look out into the distance as soon as you wake up. The modern, stylish sofa offers absolutely great comfort. An optional folding bed can be set up to create a third sleeping option. The open-plan kitchenette is fully equipped and allows you to prepare smaller meals, which you can eat in the flat's pretty dining area. In the hallway you will find a practical wardrobe and a coat rack to store your clothes. The interior shower room is spacious, brightly tiled and leaves nothing to be desired. The extremely comfortable furnishings underline your holiday and offer you pure relaxation! The absolute highlight is the covered balcony from which you have a magnificent view of the city, the greenery and the mountains. Description

The flat is located in an absolutely quiet area and yet absolutely central in an apartment building on the top floor. It is only a 10-minute walk to the city centre with all its sights and attractions. The RupertusTherme is about 150 m away. A bus stop and shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity of the holiday flat. Sights in the surrounding area, as well as Berchtesgaden or Salzburg, can be reached in about 20 minutes by car or comfortably by public transport. A washing and drying room is available in the house for general use. Wi-Fi is available in the flat free of charge. Free outdoor parking is available in front of the house.

Arrival Description

Coming from the A8 from Munich, take the first exit at the roundabout towards Bad Reichenhall and follow the B20 until you turn right into Münchner Allee. Follow the road for approx. 3 km until you turn right after the Neue Saline and take the first exit at the roundabout. After approx. 300 metres turn left into Sebastian-Stolz-Straße and continue straight ahead into Fischerbräuwiese. Arrival by train: Destination station is Bad Reichenhall. The main station is 18 minutes away from our accommodation. Arrival by plane: Salzburg airport is approx. 18 minutes or 13 km away from our flat.
