Details
Our house has three floors and a cellar. The ground floor is slightly higher than the road that passes the house, so you have a beautiful view of the garden and the mountains. The ground floor offers a large living-dining room with a large fireplace and an open kitchen, which is very modernly equipped. There is also a guest toilet and a study on this floor. On the next floor there are 2 large bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a smaller bedroom with a queen-size bed. The bathroom is very spacious and has a bathtub, 2 rain showers and a large sauna. The attic (loft) is the highlight of our house. A large loft with two double beds and its own bathroom with shower and toilet. A room to dream away.
In the basement we have set up our own beer parlour where you can relax in comfort. Then there is a ski cellar, a large freezer, a washing machine and a dryer. The house can also be entered from the side with a separate side door. All in all, a fully equipped house and a place to relax and feel good!

Description

Our house is a beautiful detached villa, surrounded by mountains and in the middle of nature, with a large garden with barbecue. This house is perfect for a large family, or even for two smaller families. The house has recently been completely renovated and has a very good mix of old restored details while offering all the modern comforts you could wish for.From our house you can go on numerous hikes and bike rides of varying length and duration. Nordic walking, winter sports, water sports, tennis and much more are also among the possibilities.

Environment description

The Bayerisch Gmain train station, a bus stop, a children's playground, the hiking centre and a supermarket are all within 5 minutes' walking distance. Nearby excursion destinations, such as the Alpine town of Bad Reichenhall, Berchtesgaden, the Mozart city of Salzburg, Lake Chiemsee, Lake Königssee invite you to plan eventful day trips.

Arrival Description

Coming from Munich on the A8, take exit 115 - Bad Reichenhall. At the traffic circle, take the first exit towards Bad Reichenhall and follow the B20. In Bad Reichenhall then continue in the direction of Berchtesgaden.  Approx. 1.3 km after the town sign Bayerisch Gmain turn right into Lattenbergstraße.  Then turn immediately right into Wappachstraße. The finish is on the left side. Arrival by train: Destination station is Bayerisch Gmain. The station is 6 minutes or 450 meters away from our accommodation. Arrival by plane: Salzburg airport is about 15 minutes or 13 km away from our apartment.
