The cosily furnished room with 20 sqm on the ground floor has a double bed with satellite TV, WiFi and a balcony. The bathroom is equipped with shower/WC and hairdryer. In the adjoining house there is a large lounge with kitchen, which you are welcome to use. We offer a rich breakfast with homemade and regional products. Bed linen, table linen, dish towels and towels are provided by us. Please vacate your room by 10 a.m. on the day of departure and you can move in from 2 p.m. onwards.

The kitchen-cum-living room is equipped with an oven, a microwave and a fridge with ice compartment. The flat has a balcony and free Wi-Fi. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, hairdryer and toilet. There is also the possibility to use the stair lift from the ground floor to the first floor. We provide the bed linen, dish towels and towels. If desired, breakfast can be booked for € 14.00 per person. Please vacate the holiday flat by 10 a.m. on the day of departure and you can move in from 2 p.m. onwards. We look forward to your visit.

A warm welcome to the Fagererhof in Karlstein/Bad Reichenhall. Our house is situated in a quiet, sunny location with a wonderful view of the mountains at the foot of the Pankraz church in Karlstein. Active holidaymakers can start their tours directly from the house, whether it's walking, hiking, cycling or mountain tours - there's something for everyone, and those seeking peace and quiet will also get their money's worth.

Environment description

The nearby Thumsee, an idyllic mountain lake, is about a 20-minute walk away. You can reach the public transport downhill in about 10 minutes and Bad Reichenhall is about 3 km away. There you will find shopping facilities or you can visit the town with its sights, e.g. the old salt works or the spa garden.

Arrival Description

Arriving by car: Take the A8 Munich-Salzburg motorway to the Bad Reichenhall junction. On the B20 federal road, drive in the direction of Bad Reichenhall / Lofer / Innsbruck until you reach the Inzell / Karlstein / Kaserne exit (state road St. 2101). At the Karlstein hiking centre, turn right into Schmalschlägerstraße and follow the road. Then turn slightly right into Sieben-Pfalfen-Weg. Our accommodation is on the left-hand side. Arriving by plane: Our accommodation is 16 km from the airport in Salzburg. Arrival by train: Our accommodation is 3 km away from Kirchberg train station.
