Vacation apartment with terrace for 1-2 persons
According to the motto “the love is in the detail”, we have redesigned and furnished our Auszeit-Glück apartment in 2024 with a lot of love and passion for you. Look forward to an apartment to relax & feel good with 1 bedroom, which is furnished with 1 high-quality double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) 1 bench and 1 modern chest of drawers with clothes rail in raw look and has blackout curtains. The living room offers you a cozy dining area, an integrated small coffee bar with Nespresso machine including milk frother, a comfortable couch, a sideboard with a small selection of games and books, as well as a first aid kit, a flat screen TV and internet. A small, separate kitchen is integrated in the entrance area. This has a fridge with freezer compartment, two induction hobs, toaster, kettle and the most common kitchen utensils. The bathroom with natural light is equipped with a modern shower. The apartment also has a small terrace where you can enjoy the sun in the morning and the shade in the afternoon. It is furnished with 1 small table, 2 chairs and a kettle charcoal grill. A vacuum cleaner, a small clothes horse and cleaning utensils are provided. WLAN is free of charge, smoking is only permitted outside in the designated areas. We look forward to welcoming you!

Our small but very fine Auszeit-Glück vacation apartment is situated in an absolutely quiet location on the sunny side of Bayerisch Gmain. Enjoy an unforgettable view of the Loferer mountains, the Predigtstuhl and the Staufen as soon as you step outside the house. We, your hosts Barbara & Sebastian with Ludwig, are already looking forward to welcoming you as our guests.

Arrival Description
Arrival by car: From the A8 highway towards Salzburg, take the exit in Piding onto the B20 towards Bad Reichenhall. Follow the B20 for approx. 3km. Turn right onto Reichenhaller Straße, after approx. 300 meters turn right onto Tumpenstraße and follow this road for 3.5 km. Then turn right onto Reichenhaller Straße and follow this road. Turn right onto Am Hessing, then right onto Feuerwehrstraße and after 700 meters turn onto Kirchholzstraße. Your destination is on the right-hand side. Arrival by train: The train station is 1.8 km from the accommodation. You can easily get to the accommodation on the city line 1. Arrival by plane: The accommodation is 14 km from the airport.
