The well-kept flat is located in a quiet three-family house on the mezzanine floor. Access is easy via just three steps - ideal for guests of all ages. There is a bus stop in the immediate vicinity - just 50 metres away - from which you can reach numerous destinations free of charge with the guest card. These include not only the town centre of Bad Reichenhall (approx. 2 km), but also popular excursion destinations such as the Gradierhaus, the RupertusTherme, the historic Predigtstuhlbahn, as well as the well-known towns of Berchtesgaden and Salzburg. The surrounding area invites you to enjoy relaxing walks, hikes in the Alps and relaxing hours in nature. Shopping facilities, cafés and cultural attractions can be found in the nearby town centre. Whether for a spa stay, an active holiday or simply to relax - here you live quietly, centrally and well connected.

Arrival Description
Travelling by car: Take exit 115 - Bad Reichenhall and take the B20 in the direction of Bad Reichenhall / Berchtesgaden / Freilassing / Piding. Take the Innsbruck/Lofer/Berchtesgaden/B20/Bad Reichenhall/Staatsbad-Therme-Casino slip road onto the Reichenhaller Strasse B20/B21. After approx. 500 metres turn right towards Teisendorfer Strasse and follow Teisendorfer Strasse. Then turn left onto Grabenbachstraße. After 500 metres turn into Frühlingstraße. The accommodation is on the right-hand side. Travelling by bus: Bad Reichenhall main station - take the city bus 2 in the direction of Thumsee and get off at the bus stop Grabensstrasse/Saalachstrasse. From here it is only 50 metres to our accommodation. Salzburg Airport: Take the Postbus 260 and get off at the bus stop Hauptbahnhof and then take the city bus 2 in the direction of Thumsee and get off at the bus stop Grabensstrasse/Saalachstrasse.
