Ample space is offered by the 120 m² vacation apartment "Achental "****. With three bedrooms (2x double bed and 1x 2 single beds) and a spacious living and dining area, as well as a large modern kitchen, you will find enough space with 6 people. The spacious living and dining room has large panoramic doors and offers a magnificent view of the Achental valley. Enjoy breakfast on the terrace or the sunset under the walnut tree! The kitchen is open to the dining area and fulfills your wishes: dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, espresso and coffee machine, toaster, blender...! For our smallest guests we provide a complete baby equipment (baby crib, changing board, baby monitor, potty, bottle warmer, bib). In the bathroom with shower and bathtub (daylight bathroom), a relaxing vacation day begins or a cozy winter evening ends. A separate toilet is available. The swing on our lawn is ready for our younger guests, as well as sunbeds and a barbecue.

Description

Our former farm has a fantastic location with a magnificent view of the Chiemgau mountains. Biking, hiking, cross-country skiing and mountain excursions are possible directly from the house. With us live on the former farm small animals, such as cats and rabbits.Relax on our sunny lawn. We are happy to provide you with a barbecue. Swing, crib and high chair we provide on request. Fernbichl is located about 2.5 km outside of Grabenstätt. In Grabenstätt there are several grocery stores, drugstore, bakery, post office, etc. From Grabenstätt the Chiemseeringlinie (bus with bicycle trailer) drives several times daily around the Chiemsee. Vacation in the countryside with a view of the mountains - a pleasure in every season. Whether hiking, swimming, cycling, cross-country skiing, skiing or just relaxing - you are in good hands here! Our prices do not include the spa tax.

terms/extras

The mentioned prices are valid plus spa tax of 1,00 € per person/night for persons from the completed 16th year of age for children from the completed 6th year of age until the completed 16th year of age 0,50 € per person/night. Children up to the age of six are free of charge. Holders of a severely disabled pass with a degree of disability of 80 out of 100 and their necessary accompanying persons are also exempt from spa fees.

Arrival Description

BAB A 8 Munich - Salzburg, exit Grabenstätt, turn left in the direction of Grabenstätt. After entering the village turn right at the church (Eichbergstraße). After approx. 2 km pass under the freeway and railroad, then turn right into "Schneereuth". The left house you are driving towards is our house.
