Our Brünnstein apartment is on the top floor of the house and has around 75 square meters. A visible roof truss with electric skylights was installed throughout the apartment. It has a large master bedroom with double bed and TV, and a separate bedroom with 2 single beds. A large living and dining area with an integrated kitchen can also be found in the apartment. There is a TV with a large sofa bed, a dining area for 6 people and a fully equipped kitchen. In the bathroom you will find a rain shower with LED lighting, hair dryer and cosmetic mirror as well as a towel dryer. The spacious entrance area of the apartment offers space for a wardrobe and other cupboards for storing your personal belongings. In addition, you can use our ski room on the ground floor and receive free WiFi access. A parking space is reserved for your car directly in front of the house.
We can occupy the apartment with a maximum of 6 people (4 fixed beds and sofa bed).

Description

The flats are located in a listed mountain farm, which we completely renovated in 2021. It is located in the middle of the Hocheck adventure mountain and is therefore an ideal place for families, sports enthusiasts and nature lovers to spend their holidays. In winter you can start directly from the front door to the ski slopes, and in summer there are numerous hikes that you can start directly from the farm. Or you can use the summer toboggan run, the Oberaudofer Flyer etc., these are located at the middle station of the Hocheck mountain railways, which can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot from the farm.

Attention: In the period from 17.04. - presumably 05.05.2023 the road to Hocheck is completely closed. There is an alternative route via the forest path of the winter toboggan run. In good weather, the chairlift is in operation at weekends (walking time from the mountain station to the house approx. 10 minutes). Walking time from the valley to the house approx. 35 minutes uphill.

About the host

With us, the whole family helps to make the holiday special for our guests! Sylvia and Michael Mayer with their children Annalena and Andreas run the Ilgerhof and are actively supported by Evi and Hans, the parents.

terms/extras

For each apartment there is a parking space right in front of the front door, as well as a ski room, which we provide free of charge. The house also has free Wi-Fi.
We allow ourselves on the day of arrival to demand a deposit in the amount of 100,--€ in cash, which we on the day of departure after the final inspection without any complaints, completely returned or offset with the remaining amount.

The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax: Adults € 2.00/night. Children under the age of 16, persons with a severe disability of 80% or more, their accompanying persons and persons staying in the municipality of Oberaudorf for professional purposes are free of charge. Persons with a severe disability of 50 % to 79 % are entitled to a 50 % discount.

Arrival Description

You reach us via the motorway exit Oberaudorf, from there you drive into the centre of Oberaudorf, where you follow the signs for Hocheck Bergbahnen. Passing the church, a narrow mountain road with numerous alternative routes leads us to the Ilgerhof. Our exact address is: Eck 4 D-83080 Oberaudorf
