terms/extras
The prices quoted include the tourist tax of € 1.00 per person/night for adults. Children from 7 to 16 years: € 0,50. Children under 7 years: € 0,00 (1 April to 31 October) and € 0,40 per person/night for adults and children from 7 to 16 years. Children under 7 years: € 0,00 (1 November to 31 March).
30% deposit after booking. Balance 7 days before arrival. Bank details will be sent to the guest by e-mail. Key handover on site.

A8 Munich-Salzburg. Exit Übersee, approx. 4 km in the direction of Übersee Ortsmitte. At the sign at the end of the village, before the bridge over the stream, turn left into Kiem-Pauli-Weg, sharp left turn. Last house on the left, dead end.
